| Summer is getting close!

*Tip*
Summer is just around the corner and I bet you're worried that you won't look great in a bikini. For an extra push towards your bikini-babe-body, buy the bikini you've been dreaming of and work towards that. Hang it up in your room where you'll see it every day....Kind of like the "itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, yellow-polka-dot bikini" thing...haha.
Hopefully by the biginning of May you'll be like, "damn, I'm going to look so good..."

Computer troubles...I hope you are all still with me!

*Tip*
Make weekly goals. Taking things a step at a time might make losing weight easier for you. For example...The first week of your fitness routine do 100 crunches a day...the next week add something else to it, either more crunches or another exercise.
Making weekly goal weights is okay too, but sometimes people make goals like 4 lbs in one week--not good, that's too much stress. Try a goal of 1 lb a week...I'd only go as high as 2, though.
If you can lose more than that in a week, power to ya!

| The second half of the ladies will get their weight-loss buddy suggestions on Saturday. I'm sorry, but since lacrosse has started up, I don't have a lot of time to spend online. It's school-->lacrosse-->homework-->sleep. Yesterday I didn't even do my homework..I went to sleep at 7...ugh. So..tired..BUT IT'S WORTH IT!

If you don't own a gym membership, it's most likely that you're in the TaeBo, Pilates, or Bellydancing video clubs...My tip is not to buy a lot at once. Try one tape for for at least 15 days and then move on to the next tape. When you are done doing 15 days each video THEN mix it up. For example: Monday--TaeBo; Tuesday--Pilates; etc.
